Uses: Designed specifically to control Leitch/ASC VR300 Video/Audio Server Systems that use shared media such as a Fibre Channel disk array.
Features: Control up to ten channels, usually configured as five full-time record channels and five matching playback channels The "Platform 1" VR300 has one channel capable of high quality slow motion output complete with vertical "bobble" cancellation, and one channel suitable for record purposes Provides a simple means for putting record channels into a loop record mode, usually using time of day timecode Playback is controlled on matching playback channels allowing frame accurate simultaneous playback of multiple channels GPI control that inherently lets the Technical Director choose which channel(s) to roll, and when to roll them The RM-4000-L Remote Processor rear panel includes ten separate DB9F connectors for connection to ten channels of VR300
